Site Access & Induction
Site boundaries identified and marked
Emergency exit routes clear and known
First aid kit on site and stocked
Emergency contact numbers posted
All workers inducted to site
Hazard Identification
Site hazards identified and recorded
Asbestos / lead paint risk assessed
Underground / overhead services located
Slip, trip and fall hazards managed
Chemical / hazardous substances noted
PPE & Equipment
All workers wearing appropriate PPE
Tools and equipment in safe condition
Ladders / scaffolding inspected
Electrical equipment tested and tagged
Power tools guarded and safe
Working at Heights (if applicable)
Fall protection plan in place
Scaffolding erected by competent person
Guardrails and toe boards fitted
Safety harness / anchor points checked
Electrical Safety
Electrical isolation confirmed where required
RCDs / safety switches in use
No exposed wiring or damaged cords
